Who are we?
Complete Tree Care is owned and managed by Bruce Blackman, previously MD of Glendale Countryside. With over ten years experience of arboriculture and as an active member of the AA and ISA, Bruce has a genuine understanding of the needs of both the people and companies within the industry.

Giving you the Choice
Established in 2001, Complete Tree Care is a new concept in recruitment for the arboricultural industry. As a small niche industry Arboriculture is not suited to traditional recruitment practices. Even well known companies find it difficult to employ enough suitably qualified and competent personnel. Placing advertisements in the local or national press, or even the few trade specific publications is often unsuccessful, since many Arborist's secure a job informally - by word of mouth or referral. This is not a good way for to secure the best position or to organise a career.

As a recruitment agency for the arboricultural industry Complete Tree Care can present both employers and employees with a choice, so that they can select the best.

Promoting Careers in Arboriculture
One of our key objectives is to encourage people to consider arboriculture as a career choice and to improve understanding of the industry.

Each year Complete Tree Care organises a series of presentations on 'The Arboricultural Industry and Career Opportunities' at leading arboricultural colleges through out the UK. Each presentation covers opportunities in Contracting, Consultancy and Local Authorities and is open to students, school leavers and members of the public.
